Cancellation Policy
House of Shaves Barbershop requires that clients inform us at least 2 hours in advance if they are unable to make it to their appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the client by the following methods:

No Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be prompted to pay a deposit when booking online in the future. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the client by:

We understand things come up. We really don’t like charging cancellation/no-show fees. Please let us know if you are unable to make it to your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients who are running late for their appointments are encouraged to call the barbershop to inform the barber that they are still coming in. We may not always be able to accommodate late arrivals. Clients who arrive more than a few minutes late may have to reschedule or will be considered walk-in clients.
Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services at any of our locations. After 150 points are accumulated, a $5 off reward will be added to the client’s account. No paper cards to carry around, our system will track everything for you.
All clients are automatically enrolled when a membership is created.
Points will expire after 6 months if not used.
To redeem, simply ask a team member to claim your reward during checkout. Note that only 150 points ($5) can be redeemed at a time.
Loyalty points discounts cannot be combined with any other discount
Product Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 7-day product exchange guarantee on all products sold in-store. If you don’t love your product, bring it back and we’ll exchange it with an equally or lesser-priced product for free. We reserve the right to refuse product exchanges.

1. Acceptance of Agreement and Digital Signature By checking the box adjacent to the statement "I agree to the terms and conditions," you ("Member") hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement ("Agreement"). Checking the box constitutes your electronic signature ("Digital Signature") and acceptance of this Agreement as if you had physically signed it. You further agree that such Digital Signature is legally binding and enforceable under applicable federal and state electronic signature laws, including but not limited to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). You waive any rights to claim that your Digital Signature does not constitute your acceptance of this Agreement.
2. Membership Agreement, Modifications, & Freezing
a. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a membership, the Member agrees to the policies outlined in this agreement. The Member understands that these policies are subject to change. House of Shaves Barbershop reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time if the member violates any of these policies.
b. Membership Modifications: Members may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their membership, or change their payment method and/or billing date, by submitting a Membership Modification Form.
c. Freezing/Pausing Membership: Members may freeze or pause their membership at any time by submitting a Membership Modification Form, calling the barbershop directly, or requesting a freeze in-store.
3. Membership Tiers & Benefits Members are entitled to their member benefits on the terms and conditions described throughout this agreement. All Classic Services are approximately 30 minutes, though service times are approximate and may be slightly longer or shorter than listed. Memberships may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, as determined at the time of enrollment.
a. Single Classic Membership: One (1) Classic Service credited monthly, or twelve (12) Classic Services credited annually for yearly memberships.
b. Double Classic Membership: Two (2) Classic Services credited monthly, or twenty-four (24) Classic Services credited annually for yearly memberships.
c. Triple Classic Membership: Three (3) Classic Services credited monthly, or thirty-six (36) Classic Services credited annually for yearly memberships.
d. Quad Classic Membership: Four (4) Classic Services credited monthly, or forty-eight (48) Classic Services credited annually for yearly memberships.
e. Product and Service Discounts: Active members receive additional services and products at a discounted member rate. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
f. Shared Benefits & Minors: Members may share their membership benefits with a maximum of two other clients. If a shared client is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present to consent to the service.
g. Free Neck Shaves: Member understands that, if applicable, Free Neck Shaves are on a walk-in-only basis.
4. Upgrades and Barber Tier Upcharges
a. Base Services: Membership credits are redeemable for our base Classic Services (approx. 30-minute sessions).
b. Upgraded Services: Members may use their membership credits toward upgraded or premium services by paying the difference in price at checkout. The difference in price is calculated based on the current retail price of the upgraded service minus the standard value of your membership's base Classic Service.
c. Barber Tier Upcharges: Membership credits cover the base price of services performed by our standard barbers. If a Member chooses to book an appointment with a Senior, Elite, or Master barber, they will be responsible for paying the difference in price for that barber's upgraded tier rate at checkout.
5. Booking and Appointment Policies
a. Availability & Scheduling: Membership does not guarantee an appointment date or time availability. Service booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members are encouraged to book in advance to take full advantage of all membership benefits.
b. Barber Assignment: Member agrees that we cannot guarantee a stylist/barber for the duration of the Membership term.
c. Late Arrivals: Members acknowledge that arriving late for a scheduled service may result in a modified service or rescheduled appointment based on what the barbershop can accommodate.
d. No-Show Policy: If a Member fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, they will be required to pay a deposit when booking online for the subsequent 60-day period. After 60 days without any additional no-shows, this deposit requirement will be removed. Any deposit paid under this policy can be applied directly toward the cost of the service or used as a tip for the barber.
6. Payments, Billing, and Cancellations
a. Term & Billing: Your Membership Agreement begins the day you join as a member and ends when your membership is canceled or suspended. Your payment of the monthly or annual price of the membership will be charged to the credit card on file on the day of enrollment and will continue on that recurring basis thereafter until you request to cancel.
b. Failed Payments: Memberships will be automatically suspended if the payment method fails and will remain suspended after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
c. Price Changes & Refunds: Members agree that the cost of the membership may change in the future. Membership payments are non-refundable for any reason.
7. Credit Accrual and Rollover
a. Accrual: Credits are issued monthly (or annually for yearly memberships) on the date your membership was created. Service credits for recurring memberships do not expire and will roll over if not used.
b. Canceled or Frozen Accounts: Unused Service Credits roll over and remain available for use even if a membership is canceled or frozen. However, active member discounts will not apply.
8. Reciprocity and Active Status
a. Active Member Status: You are considered an "active member" if you have made all payments and have not terminated, frozen or suspended your agreement.
b. Location Reciprocity: While you are an active member you may use your benefits at any location; however, prices and services offered at each location may vary and require additional payments.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
a. Service Disclaimer: House of Shaves Barbershop provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
b. Risk Acknowledgment: Members acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of services at House of Shaves Barbershop and agree to release and hold harmless the barbershop and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of services.
c. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Shaves Barbershop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
d. Personal Property Waiver: The barbershop is not liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises by Members. Members are urged not to bring valuables into the shop.
10. Code of Conduct and Shop Rules
a. Expected Behavior: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to all shop policies.
b. Prohibited Actions: The following actions are strictly prohibited on the premises: use of illegal drugs or alcohol, inappropriate behavior, and harassment of staff or other members. Violation of these rules, or any unacceptable behavior, may result in the immediate termination of the Member's Membership without refund.
11. Photo and Video Release
a. Media Consent: By entering into this Agreement, the Member consents to being photographed or filmed while at any House of Shaves Barbershop location for promotional purposes. The Member grants the barbershop the right to use and publish such media for any lawful purpose, including social media, advertising, and web content.
12. Communication and SMS Consent
a. Digital Communications: By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive transactional communications (such as appointment reminders, receipts, and billing notices) and promotional marketing messages via email and SMS from House of Shaves Barbershop. You may opt out of promotional messaging at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
14. Miscellaneous
a. Non-Transferability & No Cash Value: Unused credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. Aside from the explicitly stated shared benefits, credits are non-transferable and may not be sold or gifted to another individual or entity.
b. Extended Closures: The Shop may close temporarily for various reasons, including but not limited to renovation, repair, special events, holidays, or acts of nature.
c. Assignment: The rights and obligations under this Agreement are personal to the Member and may not be assigned, transferred, or conveyed to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of the Shop. House of Shaves Barbershop reserves the right to assign or transfer this Agreement at any time and without notice to the Member.
d. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to reflect the original intent of the parties. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
