We're always looking for ways to improve your experience at the shop. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we are currently testing a brand-new AI receptionist at our Southside location!
Why We're Testing AI
Our primary goal is simple: we want our barbers to spend more time focused on you and less time running to answer the phone. If a barber is free, we will still answer the phone just like we always have. However, when the shop is buzzing and our hands are busy fading and shaving, we want to prioritize the client in the chair. That’s exactly where our new AI assistant steps in to save the day.
What Can the AI Do?
While it is currently helping us catch missed calls, it can already do a lot more to make your life easier:
24/7 Availability: You can call us any time of day or night, and the AI will be ready to assist you.
Manage Appointments: It can seamlessly help you book, reschedule, or cancel your haircuts.
Answer Basic Questions: Need to know our hours or services? The AI has you covered.
Future Upgrades: We are actively working on increasing its capabilities so it can do even more for you soon!

Because this technology is brand new to our shop, we are still actively training it. It might make a few mistakes along the way, so we sincerely appreciate your patience as we get it up to speed. We look forward to testing this further so we can spend more quality time on your haircut, and we plan to roll this feature out to our other locations in the near future.
